Gotta say, I was a bit doubtful. Dealing with some pretty rough menopausal symptoms here. Honestly, I feel way too young for this...lol. So, hormone patches can really hit the wallet and aren't the best option. But I was super excited to find that my hot flashes and other issues were significantly reduced in just a couple of weeks or even less!
